BEVERAGE PACKAGE
Partial Bar set up includes: portable bar unit, bartender, all ice, cups, assorted soft drinks, mineral waters and choice of Tropical Iced Tea or or Fresh "Grillworks" Original Basil-Necterine Lemonade. Caterer will also chill and serve any client-supplied wine, beer and champagne or they can make arrangements to order your alcohol. There is no corkage fee.
For Full Service Bar Service, add $2.95++pp to pricing below for additional mixers, juices and garnishes.
**A wide variety of options exist within this package for your main entrees and accompaniments. Upgrades which include fresh fish, carving stations and more are also available at an additional price beyond the price. Please see your caterer for details.

120 person minimum on Saturday Events
Site Fee $4.200++
20% Service Charge and 7.25% Sales Tax to all pricing
Additional $6.95++ per person to all packages for Saturday events and Holiday weekend Events
Additional fees of 10% may be applied for the month of December due to higher event costs
CATERING SERVICES
Rod Houck Presents, LLC. and Eucalyptus Lane pride themselves on the highest-standard, full service caterers. We offer fully staffed buffet dinner or elegant sit down dinner service. These seasoned professionals specialize in customization. If you wish to add to our packages, we will arrange an appointment with our caterer who will be happy to detail a custom proposal for you. Additional fees beyond our packages will apply. Our caterers realize that being a caterer is more than just providing good food for an event– the food must be exceptional and the service impeccable. They will take care of your set up of the ceremony and reception areas, provide parking attendants (not valet), coordinate the timeline with the DJ or band and coordinator, decorate buffet tables, buss, serve, cut and serve your cake, provide all breakdown and clean up.
*Client is responsible for removing any and all decorations of any kind at the end of the event. A $295.00 charge will be applied if client fails to comply.
Eucalyptus Lane Timelines
Calendared Daylight Savings time determines your event schedule. All Events are 5 ½ hours of actual event time. Special site fee discounts on Saturdays during off peak months, are only provided in additional site time. However, additional Catering charges may apply. Friday and Sunday actual event time may be altered. Saturday fees will apply to all Holiday weekend events.
