BEVERAGE PACKAGE
Partial Bar set up includes: portable bar unit, bartender, all ice, cups, assorted soft drinks, mineral waters and choice of Tropical Iced Tea or or Fresh "Grillworks" Original Basil-Necterine Lemonade.  Caterer will also chill and serve any client-supplied wine, beer and champagne or they can make arrangements to order your alcohol.  There is no corkage fee.

Eucalyptus Lane Catering Packages vary depending on choice of menu

120 person minimum on Saturday Events

Site Fee $4,200++

20% Service Charge and 7.25% Sales Tax to all pricing.
Additional $5.00++ per person to all packages for Saturday events and Holiday weekend Events

Other important notes: 

  • All events are based on a 5.5 hour ceremony and reception timeline (actual event time) – should the event be longer than this, a $150++ per half hour for both site and catering fee will be charged to cover additional food, beverage and labor costs.
  • Proof of Liability Insurance listing Rod Houck Presents, LLC/ Laina & Phil Graf as an additionally insured for one million dollars is due 30 days prior to event date. Fax completed to our office @ 805-643-3460
